Dias Carneiro advises SPIC Brasil on commercial paper issuance

Dias Carneiro Advogados advised SPIC Brasil Energia Participações, one of the country’s largest power generators, on its second commercial paper issuance, totaling BRL 470 million. The offering was aimed at refinancing the company’s first issuance and was coordinated by Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, which was advised by Machado Meyer Advogados.
