Dias Carneiro advises Stefanini on the acquisition of Safeway
Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Stefanini on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Safeway Consultoria Empresarial, an information security company recognized for offering high added value solutions through information security projects.
Safeway acts in cybersecurity for some of the largest banks and insurance companies in Brazil and monitors 35,000 assets through its security operations center.
