SNA advises CRI’s issuance to Finance Unique Medical Center
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Genial Investimentos, Companhia Província de Securitização and CR Incorporadora, in the public offering of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) of the 24th issue of Companhia Província de Securitização, backed by real estate credit rights arising from the issue of commercial notes issued by CR Incorporadora.
The offering was carried out pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, and 55,000 CRI were subscribed, totaling the total amount of R$55 million.
The funds raised through the issuance will be used to develop the Unique Medical Center, a real estate project that includes a hospital, laboratories and offices.
