PMK helps Canuma Capital FII in the acquisition of buildings in SP
PMK Advogados assisted Canuma Capital Multiestratégia Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário that has signed the acquisition of two high end properties in the Brazilian city Sao Paulo, from GMR 08 Empreendimentos Imobiliários and GMR 99 Empreendimentos Imobiliários.
One of them being a commercial building for hotel business, and the other being a residencial building with 244 units for housing multifamily, both located in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.
This is the first Canuma’ acquisition. Such value is R$ 106,9 million, according to material fact published by Canuma’s manager BTG Pactual.
