Echecopar acts in $85m financing to Gold Fields La Cima
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, acted as counsel to Scotiabank Perú and Banco de Crédito del Perú, as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners, in connection with the amendments to the credit facility, under English law, whereby the Revolving Credit Facility granted to Gold Fields La Cima was renewed for an amount of up to USD 85’000,000.00.
