Echecopar advises Red de Energía del Perú on $105m loan
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has advised Red de Energía del Perú, as borrower, in connection with the granting of a USD $105,997,687.54 senior unsecured loan under the laws of the State of New York by Export Development Canada.
The proceeds were used to repay an existing debt of the borrower.
Echecopar’s team consisted of partner Marco Alarcón (pictured left), senior associate Cristina de la Piedra and senior associate Adrián Tovar (pictured right).
