Echecopar assists in new corporate bond issuance by Interbank
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has assisted Banco Internacional del Perú – Interbank, as issuer, in connection with the registration of its Third and Fourth Corporate Bond Program for an amount of USD 300 million or its equivalent in Peruvian soles in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, and their respective issuances for an amount of PEN 1,050 million.
The proceeds will be used to finance the issuer’s banking activities. The registration of the Corporate Bond Programmes allows Interbank to conduct public or private offerings of its corporate bonds for up to USD 300 million or its equivalent in Peruvian soles.
