Echecopar represents ISA Perú in $76m financing
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has represented Interconexión Eléctrica ISA Perú, as borrower, in connection with the preparation and granting of a senior unsecured loan of USD $76,000,000.00.
The loan was granted under the laws of Peru by Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), and was structured by Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros.
The proceeds were used, among others, for the refinancing of ISA’s existing debt with BCP under the bridge loan that was used to prepay the Borrower’s outstanding debt with The Bank of Nova Scotia.
