Echecopar represents Scotiabank in Falabella Certificates of Deposit issue

Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has represented Scotiabank Peru, as structurer, in the public offering of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit under Series G of the Second Issue of the Sixth Negotiable Certificates of Deposit Programme of Banco Falabella Peru for an issue amount of PEN 45,540,000.00 (approximately USD 12.16 million).
