FLH advises Pivot Equipamentos on its sale to Cocari Cooperativa

FLH advised Pivot Equipamentos, a Brazilian company reference in the resale of agricultural machinery of the Case IH and Lindsay brands, headquartered in Goiânia, State of Goiás, with operations and stores across the States of Goiás, Minas Gerais, Tocantins, and Bahia, on the sale to Cocari Cooperativa.

Cocari Cooperativa is a Brazilian cooperative headquartered in Mandaguari, State of Paraná, with more than 12,000 members, active in grain receiving and storage, agronomic and veterinary services, animal and plant nutrition, and agricultural inputs and solutions, also operating as a dealership of agricultural machinery, including the Case IH and New Holland brands.

The transaction strengthens Cocari’s expansion and market consolidation strategy in the Central-West and Northeast regions of Brazil, in addition to marking its entry into the irrigation pivot resale market.
