KLA strengthens areas with new partner
KLA announced that lawyer Francisco Mont’ Alverne (pictured) has joined the firm as a partner, strengthening the areas of corporate law, M&A, private equity, and venture capital.
Licensed to practice law in Brazil and New York, his practice focuses primarily on representing artificial intelligence and technology companies at all stages of maturity, as well as private equity and venture capital funds in cross-border M&A and venture capital transactions.
With over 15 years of experience, Francisco has spent the last few years practicing law in São Paulo and New York for Brazilian and foreign clients, focusing on technology investments.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law (2016).
Francisco Mont’ Alverne has accumulated experience in serving technology and artificial intelligence funds and companies through offices in Brazil and New York.
