Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados has completed the sale to YDUQs (YDYQ3), a public company in the education sector, of Hardwork Medicina, a market leader in medical education involving preparatory courses.
In the transaction, Damásio Educaional Ltda. (a subsidiary of YDUQS Participações S.A.) has acquired 51% of Hardwork Medicina owned by Fabio Colagrossi Paes Barbosa and Fabrício Martins Valois.

Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Damásio Educaional Ltda. (a subsidiary of YDUQS Participações S.A.) and had the partner Guilherme Forbes (pictured right), Renato Stanley and associates Daphne Minerbo, Yasmin Arai and Gabriel Chiang.
