Former VPBG partners launch boutique infrastructure law firm VAK

Fernando Villela de Andrade Vianna (pictured) and Renato Otto Kloss (pictured right), former partners at Brazilian firm Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados (VPBG), have announced the establishment of their boutique law firm specializing in infrastructure and administrative law, named Villela de Andrade Kloss Advogados (VAK).

VAK will maintain a partnership with Vella Pugliese to address matters related to tax law, environmental law, corporate law, and litigation. In return, VAK will support Vella Pugliese in infrastructure, regulatory, and public affairs.

Villela de Andrade Kloss Advogados aims to position itself as a go-to firm for clients seeking highly skilled counsel in infrastructure-related matters. The firm’s partnership with Vella Pugliese will further enhance its capabilities, enabling it to offer comprehensive legal advice across a broader spectrum of practice areas.
