García & Bodán instructed on Nicaraguan acquisition by Mexican dairy company

Mexican dairy products company Grupo LALA returned to García & Bodán for counsel on its second acquisition in Nicaragua in two years. 

The deal, of undisclosed value, gives LALA 100% ownership of La Perfecta, a Nicaraguan dairy company which was founded in 1959 and has operations across Central America. This is LALA´s second acquisition in Nicaragua since its 2014 purchase of Eskimo, a local ice cream company. 

Partner and regional director Terencio García led the García & Bodán team advising LALA.
