GC represents SK Capital Partners in acquisition of Apotex
Gonzalez Calvillo has represented SK Capital Partners in a private investment signing for the acquisition of Apotex Pharmaceutical Holdings, a Canadian pharmaceutical company.
The transaction was signed on 22 September 2022 and closed on 1 April 2023, and included Apotex’s subsidiaries, including entities located in Canada, the United States, Mexico, India, China, among others.
Apotex is dedicated to the production of high-quality, cost-effective medicines for patients around the world in all major therapeutic areas.
