Gómez-Pinzón assists VGMobility in $95m financing

Gómez-Pinzón has assisted VGMobility in a $95 USD million financing granted by Natixis New York Branch.

The funds will be used for the development of projects for the VGM Suba, VGM Fontibón and VGM Perdomo concessionaires.

Gómez-Pinzón’s team was led by partner José Luis Suárez (pictured left) and senior associate Catalina Prieto Núñez (pictured right), with support from lawyers Olga Santamaría, Laura Lucía Martínez, Sara Ferrer, Juan Antonio Ucrós and Stephanie Yepes.
