Gómez-Pinzón counsels on sale of Clínica Chía to Avidanti
Gómez-Pinzón has counselled the shareholders of Clínica Chía in the process of the sale of 100% of its shares to Avidanti, a subsidiary of the Brazilian private equity fund, Patria Investments.
The advice included tax structuring and real estate law matters, as well as corporate matters.
Gómez-Pinzón’s team was led by partner Natalia García (pictured), who worked alongside Mauricio Piñeros, Emanuela Guevara, Andrea Stephanou, Cristina Uribe and Juan Diego Riveros.
