TozziniFreire and others act in the merger between TPB and Lavoro Agro

TozziniFreire Advogados acted on the merger between TPB Acquisition Corporation, a SPAC of The Production Board, and Lavoro Agro, a group of companies with presence in three countries of Latin America (Brazil, Colombia and Uruguay) controlled by Pátria Investimentos.

Lavoro Agro will raise US$ 225 million and will subsequently be listed in Nasdaq, with a market value of US$ 1,2 billion.

This transaction shall reinforce Lavoro’s strategy of growth and market consolidation through acquisitions.
