Gotlib Massara Rocha advise Servcom on its sale to Vela Software

Gotlib Massara Rocha Advogados has advised the private shareholders owners of Servcom Serviços de Computação on the sale of its quotas to Vela Software, a Brazilian company controlled by the Canadian company Constellation Software.

Vela Software is focused in the software industry and holds more than 200 startups in the technology ecosystem. Constellation Software is an international provider of market-leading software and services to a number of industries.

Gotlib Massara Rocha Advogados had partners Renzo Gotlib (pictured) and Pedro Figueiredo Rocha and the associates Felipe Hermanny, César Diniz and Ian Battella.

Nunes Costa Advogados advised Vela Software and included partner Marcelle Penha and lawyer Bruna Rodrigues.
