Greenberg Traurig hires three new partners in Mexico

Greenberg Traurig´s Mexico office has recruited three new partners.

Real estate lawyers Fernando Orrantia and Antonio A. Robles have joined from their own boutique law firm, which is now absorbed into Greenberg Traurig. The third addition is M&A and employment lawyer José Carlos M. de Uriarte, who joins from Jones Day.

“We are focused on increasing the breadth and depth of our resources in Mexico City by expanding our existing core group of lawyers, and we are pleased to have secured three very talented attorneys to further that goal,” said José Raz Guzmán, managing partner of Greenberg Traurig in Mexico City.

The move follows the arrival of former Mexican Federal Competition commissioner Miguel Flores Bernés in July.
