Guerrero Olivos instructed on landmark ice cream chain deal

Guerrero Olivos advised Grupo Bofill in the acquisition of Emporio La Rosa, one of Chile´s best known ice cream store chains. 

Emporio La Rosa was founded in 2001 and now runs 22 ice cream and coffee stores in Chile.

The transaction, of undisclosed value, included five companies at Emporio La Rosa, its franchising system and production plants.

Partner Jorge Delpiano led the Guerrero Olivos acting for Grupo Bofill.

Emporio La Rosa retained Ovalle y Cía.
