GVBG announces a new labor law partner
GVBG | Gentil Monteiro, Vicentini, Beringhs e Gil Advogados announced Juliana Dal Moro Amarante (pictured) as the firm’s labor law partner.
Juliana is a specialist in Labor Law, post-graduate by PUC-SP and LL.M. by the London School of Economics. She adds more than 15 years of experience, built in other respectable firms such as Cescon Barrieu, Trench Rossi, Souza Mello e Torres and, prior to joining GVBG, as partner at Silveira e Trancoso Tannous Advogados.
Her practice is focused on structuring and counsel on all corporate labor aspects, including due diligence and identification of material contingencies, contract elaboration, variable remuneration policies, analysis and implementation of benefit, health and labor safety plans, employee transfer to and from Brazil, negotiations (collective and individual) and relations with Unions. Juliana also acts on relevant labor litigation, in both administrative and judicial spheres.
