H&K represents Bladex in issuance of debt securities
Holland & Knight Mexico has represented Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex), a Latin American regional export development bank, in its issuance of MX$4 billion (approximately US$235 million) in debt securities in the form of bonds (certificados bursátiles).
The securities were placed and publicly offered on the Mexican Stock Exchange on 18 July. The transaction was also split into two tranches: the first tranche for an aggregate amount of MX$2.5 billion (approximately US$147 million) with a three-and-a-half-year maturity; and the second tranche for an aggregate amount of MX$1.5 billion (approximately US$88 million) with a five-year maturity.
