Machado Meyer advises on the issuance of Granel Química
Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel on the 1st issue of book-entry commercial notes, in single series, for public distribution, in automatic distribution registration rite, of Granel Química, in the total amount of BRL 200 million.
The issue included fiduciary alienation of property and fiduciary assignment of credit rights.
Granel Química is responsible for seven port terminals in Brazil, with more than 300,000 cubic meters of installed capacity. The net funds raised were allocated to the issuer’s working capital operations and cash reinforcement.
