Holland & Knight recruits Joseph Mamounas for its international arbitration group

Holland & Knight announced the expansion of its litigation and arbitration practice group with the arrival of new partner Joseph Mamounas in Miami.

Mamounas began his practice at Baker & McKenzie and, more recently, was a partner at Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod. He has significant experience in international disputes, having represented corporate and individual clients from across the United States, Latin America, Europe, Canada, Asia and Australia.

Mamounas earned a J.D. from University of Miami and a B.A. degree from Cornell University.

“Joe will be a real asset to our arbitration and litigation practices,” said Adolfo Jimenez, Holland & Knight’s South Florida litigation practice leader. “He has tremendous experience in international arbitration and complex litigation representing an array of clients from all over the globe. Considering Miami’s rise as a center for international arbitration, especially for U.S., Latin American and European parties, Joe will help solidify Holland & Knight’s reputation as a leader in this space.”
