i2a Advogados advised Icatu Vanguarda GRU Logístico Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – Responsabilidade Limitada, a real estate investment fund managed by Icatu Vanguarda Gestão de Recursos and Dojo Capital Investimentos Administradora de Carteiras de Recursos e Consultoria, on the acquisition the shares of GRU IV Airport Empreendimentos e Participações, which holds holding rights of certain warehouses, which are part of a logistics condominium located at Guarulhos International Airport.
The transaction’s value is of BRL 234 million.
