Paschoini has new heads of Civil Litigation and International Law
Paschoini Advogados has added two new heads to its team. In the area of civil litigation, the lawyer Paula Pinheiro (pictured) takes over and, in international law, the lawyer and consultant Rodrigo More (pictured).
Paula Pinheiro has worked in the corporate area for eighteen years and has held leadership positions in strategic litigation operations, with extensive experience in hearings and oral arguments in the courts. Responsible for developing procedural follow-up activities, reviewing pleadings and defining the team’s case strategy, she has developed high-performance teams, leading highly complex pleadings and advisory opinions.
Rodrigo More has over 30 years of solid and recognized experience in shipping, international trade and high-level government and institutional representation, both in Brazil and abroad. He was twice Brazil’s candidate for judge at the UN International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, acquiring international experience through diplomatic visits to more than 100 countries and more than 300 high-level diplomatic meetings, including ministerial ones, held between 2017 and 2020. He has acted as a consultant to Brazilian delegations to the UN and has contributed to the formulation of public policies at all levels of government, most notably in the final drafting of the Maria da Penha Law. He holds a bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate in international law from USP Law School.
Paschoini Advogados is a business law firm that grew out of the more than 25-year career of its founding partner, Angelo Bueno Paschoini, in major national and international law firms and companies.
