Madrona Fialho advises Pif-Paf on the sale of assets in Goiás
Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Rio Branco Alimentos (Pif Paf), a company engaged in swine and poultry activities, notably in breeding, slaughtering, and the preparation of by-products, in the sale of a complex of assets located in the state of Goiás.
The assets were acquired by Jaguafrangos Indústria e Comércio de Alimentos, a company operating in the same sector.
The value of the transaction is confidential.
