JDF promotes Javier Naranjo to partner

Chilean law firm Jara del Favero has announced the appointment of Javier Naranjo Solano (pictured) as a new partner of the Environment and Natural Resources practice, which he has led since joining the firm in April 2022.

Javier holds a law degree from the Andrés Bello University, and a Master’s degree in Regulatory Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He was previously Minister and Undersecretary of the Environment, as well as Head of Legal Affairs at the Environmental Assessment Service, where he also served as Head of the Department of Litigation and Administrative Appeals.
