LDCM Advogados announces a new Restructuring and Insolvency partner

After opening Casa LDCM in Ipanema (RJ) in early 2022, LDCM Advogados has expanded its São Paulo team and its practice area with the arrival of new partner Tatiana Flores.

Tatiana arrives to expand the firm’s work in special situations cases, adding more than 15 years of experience in judicial reorganization and bankruptcy, and in corporate, arbitration, and judicial litigation. The new partner advises domestic and foreign investors and creditors in distressed investments or divestments, in the acquisition of assets in special situations, in debt and collateral restructuring, and in complex lawsuits. Tatiana’s arrival at LDCM Advogados is accompanied by attorneys Ana Andriolli and Gabriel Penna, all of whom come from large law firms.

Tatiana Flores holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Commercial Law from USP (University of São Paulo School of Law), and was recognized in 2021 and 2022 as a Rising Star in Chambers International in the Restructuring and Insolvency area.

She is a Director of IBR (Brazilian Institute of Business Restructuring Studies), Communication Director of IWIRC-Brazil, the national branch of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation, a member of the Bankruptcy and Judicial Restructuring Committee of IASP (São Paulo Lawyers Institute), a member of CMR (Center for Women in Restructuring), TMA (Turnaround Management Association) and Insol (International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals).
