Lefosse act as deal counsel in the issuance of Estok
Lefosse acted as deal counsel in the first issuance of non-convertible debentures, in a single series, of Estok Comercio e Representações, in the total amount of BRL 454,369,317.00, coordinated by Banco Daycoval, acting as lead underwriter, pursant to CVM 160, as amended.
The proceeds from the offering will be used by the debenture holders (as defined in the deed of issue) to pay in the debentures through credit rights, under the terms of the deed of issue.
