Lefosse and Machado Meyer act on debentures issue by IMC
Lefosse Advogados has acted as legal counsel to International Meal Company Alimentação (IMC), in its 3rd issuance of debentures, in the total amount of BRL 200 million.
The debentures were publicly distributed, pursuant to CVM Rule 160 and other applicable law and regulation. The offering was coordinated by UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., as the lead underwriter, wich was advised by Machado Meyer Advogados.
