Lefosse and Stocche Forbes acted on public offering of the 2nd (second) issuance of shares by Vectis Datagro Crédito Agronegócio Fundo de Investimento nas Cadeias Produtivas Agroindustriais – Imobiliário, pursuant to CVM Rule No. 400 of the Brazilian Securities Comission, in the total amount of BRL 270,108,298.65

Banco Itaú BBA has acted as lead underwriter and Banco BTG Pactual acted as underwriter of the offering.
