Two firms act on public offering by Sol Agora
Machado Meyer advised Credgrid Serviços Financeiros and Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA on the structuring and public offering, pursuant to CVM Rule 476, of 1st series senior units (quotas), issued by Sol Agora Green ESG Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios.
The public offering included the distribution of quotas by Banco Itaú BBA. The total amount was 375 million.
