Lefosse announced Miriam Signor as a new partner in the Infrastructure practice

Miriam Signor (pictured) is Lefosse‘s newest partner. With more than twenty years of experience, the lawyer joins the firm as head of Project Finance and Project Development to meet the growing demand for transactions for developing and financing projects, in line with the firm’s full-service operation, with emphasis on advice on complex negotiations.

The new partner has a degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), a postgraduate degree in Capital Markets and Securities from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.
