M&A represents Mobiliare Peru in sale & lease of Bebida Norte property
Miranda & Amado has represented Mobiliare Perú in a Sale & Lease transaction regarding a property owned by the company Bebida Norte, part of the CBC group.
The transaction consisted in the purchase of said property by Mobiliare Perú and, simultaneously, its lease delivery in favour of its previous owner Bebida Norte, so that it may continue its operations.
The property is located in the district of Comas – Lima (Peru) and has an area of 14,433.30 m2.
The advice involved the drafting, negotiation and subscription of various documents, taking into account the structure and requirements of the operation and the parties involved.
