Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel on the 3rd issuance of debentures, non conversible, unsecured, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, of Armac Locação, Logística e Serviços, in the total amount of R$300 million.
