TozziniFreire act in the acquisittion of AgTech by PwC

TozziniFreire Advogados acted in the acquisittion by PwC Strategy & do Brasil Consultoria Empresarial (PwC) of 100% the shares of AgTech Garage Fomento e Investimentos (AgTech), sold by vendors CHAAC Participações and DREI Zinnen Participações, which held 70% and thirty percent 30% of AgTech’s capital, respectively.

AgTech Garage, founded in 2017, is the largest agribusiness open innovation hub in Brazil and one of the largest in the world, and its initiatives promote the connection between large companies, startups, producers, investors, financiers, scholars, among other relevant players. The acquisition made by PwC seeks to reinforce the importance of the latter in the areas of technology, innovation and agribusiness.
