Machado Meyer acts in new Unidas debenture issue
Machado Mayer has acted as deal counsel in the 12th issue of unsecured, non-convertible debentures, in a single series, through the automatic distribution registration procedure, pursuant to CVM Resolution 160, of Unidas Locações e Serviços, for a total amount of R$ 250.0 million (USD$ 52,725,930.61).
The firm advised Unidas Locações Serviços, as issuer, and Caixa Econômica Federal, as lead arranger, in the preparation, review and negotiation of the offering documents. Pentágono Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários also participated.
The transaction was signed on 21 July and closed on 31 July 2023.
