Machado Meyer advise BrMalls on transaction with Vitacon
Machado Meyer advised BrMalls, a Brazilian company that operates in the business of shopping centre management, on the sale of notional fractions of Shopping Tamboré Condominium, a multi-use real estate development comprising office buildings, hotels and Shopping Tamboré (which is owned and operated by BrMalls), located at Barueri, near the city of São Paulo, to Vitacon, an up-and-coming real estate developer.
The parties aim to swap such fractions for future residential units, to be built by Vitacon over a future expansion area of the shopping centre, which is also under development.
