Machado Meyer advise Sankhya on the acquisition of Mindsight

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Sankhya Jiva Investimentos e Participações on the acquisition of shares representing 51% of the share capital of Mindsight Desenvolvimento de Softwares.

The transaction reinforces Sankhya’s growth and expansion strategy and strengthens the sales engagement market.

Machado Meyer was joined by partners Diana Pacifico Henne (pictured left) and Elton Minasse (pictured right), lawyers Jacqueline Roberta Silva De Godoy, Yuri Camelo Ribeiro Schramm.
