Machado Meyer advise on Supplier’s issuance of commercial notes

Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel on the Supplier Administradora de Cartões de Crédito’s first public issuance of secured commercial notes, totaling BRL 150 million, under CVM 160. The offering was distributed in a single series through the automatic registration procedure and targeted professional investors.
