Machado Meyer advises on issuance of commercial papers

Machado Meyer act as deal counsel to the 1st issue of commercial papers, in a single series, for public distribution, according to the CVM 160, of Economia Circular Participações, in the total amount of BRL 125 million.

The issuance was important in order to enable the company to acquire GlobalPet, a company acting in the recycling area.

Machado Meyer relied on partner Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured) and lawyer Bruno Henrique Navas De Carvalho.
