Machado Meyer and Cescon Barrieu act in issuance of Fernão Dias
Machado Meyer and Cescon Barrieu act in the ninth issuance of non-convertible debentures, for public distribution with restricted placement efforts, by Autopista Fernão Dias, pursuant to CVM 476.
The underwriters of the offering were Banco BTG Pactual, Banco Itaú BBA, Banco Santander (Brasil), Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social – BNDES and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários.
The proceeds from the offering totaled BRL 1 billion, all of which will be used to reimburse expenses and to make future investments related to the company’s concession agreement.
