Machado Meyer and Stocche Forbes advise on the Argo’s issue

Machado Meyer advised the issuer; Stocche Forbes acted as legal advisors to the coordinators, on the first issuance of simple, non-convertible debentures, of the unsecured type, by Argo Energia Empreendimentos e Participações, in the total amount of BRL 1,7 billion.
