Machado Meyer and Tauil & Chequer act on COMPAGAS issue

Machado Meyer advised the company; Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Banco Santander (Brazil) on the 4th Issue of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in a single series, of the species with real guarantee, for public distribution, under the automatic distribution registration rite in accordance with CVM Resolution 160, of Companhia Paranaense de Gás – COMPAGAS, in the total amount of BRL 295 million.
