Madrona Fialho advises Valora on the acquisition of Mogno Capital
Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Valora Gestão de Investimentos on the acquisition of Mogno Capital Investimentos, which was advised by Lobo de Rizzo Advogados.
With the completion of the transaction, the investor, which currently has more than BRL 12 billion in assets, expands its participation in the real estate funds segment.
Mogno is a management company specialized in alternative investments that include real estate funds and structured credit and had BRL 1.6 billion under management as of March 2023.
