Manassero Campello Advogados advised Petlove; Zavagna Gralha Advogados advised Nofaro

Manassero Campello Advogados advised Petlove&Co, a digital pet services platform, which acquired Nofaro, a pet health plan, which was represented by Zavagna Gralha Advogados.

With the transaction, Petlove expands its customer base by 55% and becomes the market leader in pet health plans. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
