Marval assists in increasing the amount of the RED MUTUAL trust securities programme
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has assisted in the increase of the issue amount of the RED MUTUAL Global Trust Securities Programme.
The operation reached a total amount of USD 50,000,000 and was authorised by the Board of Directors of the National Securities Commission on 17 May 2023. Furthermore, the conditions were lifted by the Financial Trust Management on 30 May 2023.
Asociación Mutual Unión Solidaria acted as trustor, while TMF Trust Company (Argentina) acted as trustee and Banco Voii as arranger.
The Marval team assisted Asociación Mutual Unión Solidaria and Banco Voii, through a team led by partner Sergio Tálamo (pictured left), together with associates Carmen Del Pino and Agustin A. Centurion. In addition, advice was provided to TMF Trust Company (Argentina) through a team led by partner Roberto E. Silva Jr. (pictured right) and associates Martín I. Lanús and Juan F. Vignati Otamendi.
