Mattos Filho Advogados advised Pátria Private Equity Co-Investmento Smartfit – Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia, Pátria Private Equity Co-Investmento Smartfit Partners Fund – Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia and Smartfit Escola de Ginástica e Dança in the public secondary offering of common shares issued by the company and held by the offerors, in Brazil, under CVM 160.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the coordination of Banco Itaú BBA, Banco BTG Pactual and Banco Santander (Brasil) with placement efforts of the shares outside Brazil. The total amount of the offering was R$591,730,873.80.
